The location of Luxury Urban Oasis was perfect, with close access to amenities and tourist attractions. It was also convenient to collect the keys upon arrival. The presence of a TV in each room was a nice bonus.

While the sofas in the property were comfortable, they were unfortunately dirty and had marks on them. The pillows were also quite hard and uncomfortable.

This place is my go-to in Birmingham, no regrets. Staff even helped with directions. Has free Wi-Fi, parking, dryer, kettle, cookware. Perfect fit for my needs. I keep coming back.

The townhouse had free WiFi, which was convenient for scrolling through social media while ignoring the grubby sofas. The parking spot was a lifesaver, so I could avoid interacting with the non-existent staff.
